PPI Information System

A web app to monitor hospital infections (HAIs) and automate accreditation reporting.

Problem

Manual infection data recording slowed down analysis and decision-making for the hospital's PPI committee.

Solution

Built a web-based system to handle surveillance forms, track infection metrics in real-time, and generate accreditation reports.

My Role

Developed the daily surveillance forms, analytics dashboard, patient data management, and automated PDF/Excel reporting.

Outcome

Sped up the reporting process and gave the hospital real-time visibility into their infection metrics.

LPSK Asset & Facility Management

An internal platform to manage agency assets and handle room booking approvals.

Problem

The agency needed a centralized way to track physical assets and manage room bookings, replacing untraceable manual workflows.

Solution

Developed a Laravel platform to digitize asset lifecycles and room reservations, complete with a multi-level approval system.

My Role

Built the core backend, including booking controllers, approval workflows, equipment master data, and server-side rendered UI.

Outcome

Streamlined facility reservations and created a clear digital audit trail for all assets.

BPJS Length of Stay Prediction

An XGBoost-based prediction system to forecast patient hospital stays using BPJS data.

Problem

Hospitals struggled with resource allocation and bed shortages due to unpredictable inpatient hospitalization times.

Solution

Trained a machine learning model to estimate patient length of stay and integrated it into a dashboard for hospital staff.

My Role

Processed BPJS datasets, trained the XGBoost model, and built the Laravel backend to serve predictions.

Outcome

Provided hospital management with data-driven forecasts to improve bed turnover planning.
